After placing your order, please allow 4-14 days for your order to be prepared, packed, and shipped.

Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days within the U.S.

Business days do not include weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, we'll email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number.

Tracking your order

The best way to keep track of your order is to sign up for updates by text message

Once your item ships you will automatically receive a tracking number. If you do not sign up for text alerts check your email to find your tracking number

We find that most of the time that your order was likely mis-delivered to a neighbor, left in a mailroom/package room, or picked up my someone else in your household. Please double check those places and with your household first, and if you still have trouble, please contact us here so we can help out!
Please note: if there is an issue with your delivery, please let us know within 1 day of your noted delivery date or of the date the issue occurred. We're unable to help past the 1-day mark, and all issues should be reported to the carrier directly at that point.

Please contact us here with your order number and your correct shipping address, so we can make changes as quickly as possible.


We will make best efforts to accommodate your request, though we ask that you double check your address prior to placing your order, as we cannot guarantee a change in address once your order is processing.
